Oya Zincir (Istanbul University)
Oya Zincir is full-time faculty as research and teaching assistant of Management and Organization at Business Administration Department of Faculty of Political Sciences, Istanbul University. She has worked as a visiting research scholar at University of Groningen (Netherlands) for 7 months in 2017. She is studying on her PhD thesis on the topic of open innovation in relation to absorptive capacity. She has various publications including journal articles, book chapters and conference papers and peer-reviews for Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, Springer International Publishing. Her major research interests and ongoing studies are about open innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability.
