Marko Divjak (DOBA) Marko Divjak is employed at DOBA Business School as a researcher and assistant professor. He is a psychologist and holds a PhD in psychology. He teaches methodological courses (Market research, Business Research Methods, Project seminar) and communication related courses (Selling strategies and techniques, Models and tools of effective communication in organizations, Communication and interpersonal skills). He continuously pursues innovative pedagogical approaches in online learning and is involved in transmission of best practices to other colleagues. His research interests are primarily related to online learning in general, psychological characteristics of students in online learning environment and to development and measurement of transversal (soft) skills, particularly teamwork, leadership, communication and/or interpersonal skills. He is also interested in the concepts of positive psychology and the application of these concepts into learning and organizational context.
