In this course content, you will learn the concepts of enterprise and entrepreneurship through the key terminology of today’s and tomorrow’s entrepreneurship. You will focus on how to develop business ideas into entrepreneurial ventures based on customer expectations through innovative business models. You will also learn how to implement business ideas and models by developing marketing plans of new business ideas, starting from market segmentation, the establishment of unique position on the target market and application of the four components of the marketing mix in your growth strategy.

During the 4 week course period, you will focus on the definition of entrepreneurship, how we perceive opportunity in entrepreneurship, business models of innovation ideas and project preparation with the marketing plan of new business ideas.

With the help of assignments that you will accomplish in teamwork:

  • You will understand the evolving concept of entrepreneurship in a global, cultural, historical, and social context and some key terms such as Startups, Incubation, Techno-Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Eco-entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
  • You will find answers to some questions about opportunity idea in entrepreneurship, such as, How to know what our customers expect?, How to prepare a good presentation of an idea?, How to start testing the idea in practice?.
  • You will understand major concepts of entrepreneurship and the importance of critical thinking in processes of building innovative businesses
  • You will learn how to move from an idea to execution.
